I'm sure you have seen the movie 300 where a group of Spartans take on millions of enemies. The thing that stands out most in that movie is how fit all of the Spartans are and they got that way from training hard.
All of the actors had to undergo a brutal training program to transform their bodies into what you saw in the movie. Some of them had to lose a lot of fat while others had to gain even more muscle because they started out so skinny. The fact is that in 3 months time they were able to transform their bodies by following specific diet and workout programs.
Are you ready to learn the 300 workout and diet? The great thing is that you don't really need a gym membership because most of it is just using your own body weight.
The body reacts better if you are training the whole body and not just the upper body as most guys try to do in the gyms. So this workout has plenty of leg workouts along with upper body workouts.
First of all you will have to learn what circuit training is. When you do circuit training you go from one exercise to the next without any rest in between.
The actors in the movie got those six packs more from their diet than from doing countless crunches so for starters you will be eating 1.5 grams of protein for each pound of body weight. You will also be keeping your fat intake roughly the same as your protein intake. You need to eat high protein meals immediately after you workouts.
Pull-ups and push-ups will become your new best friends. You will be doing high reps for the first week, and by high reps I mean 100 pull-ups and push-ups. But don't worry you will go back and forward from 20 push-ups to 20 pull-ups until you reach 100. The goal is to work up to doing 300.
